Thorn City Syndicate is a media and visibility company built around one belief: Everyone deserves the opportunity to be seen, heard, and remembered. Founded by Na’eem Hall, the company helps creators, entrepreneurs, businesses, nonprofits, and organizations build visibility, create opportunities, and grow their influence through podcasting, content creation, media production, distribution, and operator development. Over the past decade, Na’eem has worked alongside artists, business owners, community leaders, and emerging entrepreneurs, helping them tell their stories, build meaningful relationships, and create opportunities through media.
The journey began with artist management through Thorn City Syndicate (2014–2020), evolved into GMP Podcast Studios and podcast production for businesses and organizations (2020–2025), and expanded into Thorn City HQ in 2026—a home for creators, entrepreneurs, podcast hosts, and operators. Through producing podcasts and working alongside hundreds of professionals, one thing became clear: podcasting is more than content—it’s a vehicle for visibility, relationships, credibility, and opportunity. Today, that vision operates through four core pillars: Management. Studios. Distribution. Operator Development. Through initiatives like The Podcast Host System™, The Syndicate Plan™, Thorn City HQ, and The Podcast Host Club, Thorn City Syndicate helps people launch, grow, and leverage their voice to create lasting visibility, opportunity, and impact.
